Download Videos Via Safari

A couple months ago a friend told me about a feature in Safari that I did not know about and now use all the time. You can actually download lots of videos from sites like Youtube, Vimeo, Metefe, etc by using safari.

If you go up to the window tab you can click an option that will show you the activity window when you are on a video sharing site. When you click it, a box will show up that has a list of attributes from the page. The file that is the largest will most likely be the video.  Double click it and the video will start downloading - which you can then play in either an FLV player or Quicktime.

Hope you enjoy this little tip,

Zach
