When I was little, I used to make Christmas lists and dream about all the new toys and legos I wanted to get. It’s that time of year again when you start searching the internet and see some pretty cool things you would like to get for Christmas. I put together this list of items that I thought would make sweet gifts. They aren’t really things that are NEEDED, but rather just cool toys.

Smartphone Powered Mini Arcade – $29.95
This little arcade is sweet because it can be powered by your phone and played anywhere. It’s complete with A and B Buttons and a working joystick! Pretty neat.
Jawbone Wireless Speakers – $130
This wireless portable speakers comes in a variety of different colors and connects with any mobile phones or devices that have bluetooth. You can use it to hold conference calls, share music, movies, or games. YOu can update the speakers with apps and t runs for 10 hours on a rechargable battery.
Exovolt are Stackable Batteries – $89
I like these 5,200mAh battery packs because they are like LEGO’s. You can stack them together to get more energy when you are away from power sources!
Nano RunningMan Rig – $467
The nano RunningMan is a cool compact rig for supported shooting with smaller camera rigs. This is a Redrock product so it’s got a durable reputation among filmmakers and photographers. This is the type of rig that I would use because it’s easy for on the go shooting.
Sony Wireless Microphones – $569
Every filmmaker needs to invest in a quality pair of wireless microphones. These are the ones that I like to use by Sony. The package includes a lavalier mic, bodypack trasnmitter, and portable diversity tuner. It includes a mount for universal DSLR and Camcorder cameras.
Exomount Universal Car Mount – $19.99
This is a sweet car mount that I should get because I need to be able to see the GPS maps on my phone and not look down anymore. You can put this on your dashboard or window.

The jawbone speakers are freaking amazing! My buddy has one and it lasts forever and sounds amazing. I just purchased one off amazon for myself and one for my dad.
